  • Our Wellness Counselors are certified yoga therapists, dedicated to guiding individuals towards improved health and well-being. Drawing upon extensive yoga training, our goal is to empower clients to take an active role in their own healing journey. By combining the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern, science-backed therapeutic practices, and innovative techniques, we work to promote healing, balance, and compassionate self-care.

    What to expect

    Each person’s journey is unique. Our Wellness Counselors provide a comprehensive assessment of clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health. A  treatment plan-(Wellness Protocol) is then designed to meet their specific needs, goals, and challenges. These may include recovering from injuries, managing chronic health conditions, and reducing the effects of stress and anxiety. We schedule a follow up visit to allow feedback from their protocol and continued support of our client’s wellness. Clients are welcome to continue to work with their Wellness Counseler for as long as results are enjoyed.

    Wellness Initial Session

    • $150 / 90 minutes + 45 minute follow up

    Wellness Session (as a continued client)

    • $85 / 75 minutes

  • Private yoga classes at Whitman Wellness Center are carefully designed to focus on your specific needs such as alignment, philosophy, core stabilization, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation. Private yoga classes are one-on-one, or may be booked as a semi-private.

    All sessions are approximately 75 minutes.

    Individual Session

    • $75 / 1 session             

    • $195 / 3 sessions

    Semi Private (up to 4 people).

    • $115 / 1 session

    • $330 / 3 sessions

  • Lee-Ann Trigler, AA, BAE, C-IAYT, AYT

    In life there is pain and suffering. There is a way out of our pain and suffering. Lee-Ann is committed and passionate about guiding you back to wellness and a balance of well-being, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

    Lee-Ann is a registered yoga therapist with IYAT and brings this knowledge, wisdom and experience to each session.  During Wellness TuneUp, healing  is promoted through active listening, guided self inquiry, spiritual counseling, physical alignment, and reiki. When the body, mind and spirit are in a state of balance, healing happens. As Lee-Ann assists you with your transformation, she will guide you and create a plan for continued support and wellness.

    Lee-Ann lives in the field of education and wellness. She passionately and compassionately shares her enthusiasm for transformation. She has personally faced many physical and emotional challenges through out her life and has found the way out.

    She will help you find your way.

    It is suggested to take the three sessions. It takes time to get out of balance and it takes time and commitment to get into balance.

    Each session is approximately 75 minutes.

  • Kathy Barber, RN, LMHC, RYT

    Kathy incorporates her experience and training as a registered nurse and licensed therapist in conjunction with her yoga training to meet you both on and off the mat in order to address your health and wellness needs.

    Certified as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2004 and as a Registered Nurse since 2015, Kathy was always drawn to yoga as a technique for developing healthy coping skills and for viewing the individual from a Holistic perspective. She received her 200 hour Yoga teacher certification through yogaspirit at Whitman Wellness Center in 2020; she also has her Yin teacher certification and is enrolled in the 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Whitman Wellness. She finds it is with the integration of these trainings that she is able to work with individuals to provide a unique framework for promoting mental wellness.

    Kathy offers individual counseling sessions to partner with you in seeking holistic wellness, clarity, and peace of mind. She will guide you, at your pace, to explore areas for growth physically, mentally and emotionally.

    • $95 / 90 minute intake

    • $75 / 60 minute individual session
